This post describes how you can configure Opera Touch to show the full URL in the address bar.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
By default Opera Touch, the latest opera browser,\u00a0simplifies the URL in the address bar. This is done by removing the query string (the bit after the ?) and sometimes the protocol.<\/p>\n
For web developers like myself it is important to know the precise URL you are visiting. Opera allows you to stop this simplification process by going into the settings.<\/p>\n
Opening settings can be achieved by pressing the Opera logo, then settings. Or by using the shortcut Alt-P.<\/p>\n

Once in the settings menu you will need to:<\/p>\n
The above image shows the options you need to select.<\/p>\n
